Jim Gleason

Jim has operated FJM since acquiring it in 2014. Jim holds a BS in Organizational Management from Keuka College and prior to FJM worked in organizational development and entrepreneurial roles. Jim is a member of ERA, SMTA, and NDIA and has served as an officer in several different capacities. Jim’s strategic accounts include L3H Space and Airborne Systems, BAE, and TTM (Anaren).

Mike Torrell

Mike joined FJM in 2022 as a Field Sales and Strategic Account Manager for MIL/AERO and Hi-Rel end user OEMs. Mike has 30 years exeprience selling power and RF solutions in the Upstate NY marketplace as a manufacturer’s representative. Mike holds a BSEE from SUNY and worked in several electronic roles before selling. Originally from Buffalo and now based in Rochester, Mike covers Western NY and strategic MIL/AERO accounts including Moog Space & Defense/Moog Aircraft, L3H TCOM and Microchip (PA).
